Macaroni Salad #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) jar sweet pickle relish
    1 (4 oz.) can drained and chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Combine first 6 ingredients with 1 cup mayonnaise, sour cream and 1/2 cup milk.
    Blend well.
    Add macaroni and toss.
    Refrigerate, covered, several hours.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir into salad.
