Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. butter
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add lemon rind and juice. Stir. Add egg yolks and milk. Add butter. Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Pour in baked pie crust. Top with meringue and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 or 12 minutes.
