Pumpkin Cake With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, flour, pumpkin, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda together. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
