Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten until fluffy
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
16 saltine crackers
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. pineapple preserves
Preparation

Whip the cream and add sugar and preserves.
Put mixture into pie crust; sprinkle top with coconut and refrigerate.
