Cream Cheese Cherry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 can sour cherries
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 baked pie crust
1 c. whipped cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

To cherries, add 1 cup sugar and the flour.
Cook in saucepan until thick; refrigerate to cool.
Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add the vanilla and a little cream to make it smooth.
Whip the cream and fold into cream cheese mixture.
Fill the cooled pie crust with cheese filling.
Pour cherry mixture on top.
Keep refrigerated.
