Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 diced tomato
1 c. diced celery
3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed, drain.
Rinse with cold water, drain. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery, pimiento and green pepper.
Serve on salad greens, garnish with radish roses. Serves 6.
