Mock Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, onion, soy sauce, mushrooms, pepper and mix lightly.
    Shape into patties 1 1/2-inch thick.
    Wrap each patty with one slice bacon.
    Secure with pick.
    Grill 3 to 6 minutes or to desired doneness.
