Broccoli-Rice Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in margarine.
    Add all three soups, undiluted to make a sauce.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in casserole dish.
    Place drained broccoli on top and sprinkle with paprika and grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
