Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes
    1 can cream of mushroom (or chicken or celery) soup
Preparation
    Mix hash browns with sour cream and margarine. Add 1 cup of the grated cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Slowly mix in the can of soup. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix remaining 1 cup cheese with corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture in dish. Bake 40 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
