California Strawberries With Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pt. fresh California strawberries, halved
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. almond flavoring
mint

Preparation

Mix strawberries and sugar; chill.
Mix sour cream and almond flavoring.
Put strawberries in parfait glasses or serving dishes. Top with sour cream mixture.
Garnish with mint.
Yields 4 servings.
