Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Brown sausage and pour off grease.
Add onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage; simmer until tender.
Wash rice and add to mixture along with soups.
Bake in oblong 9 x 13-inch dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
