Piccadillo(Pic-A-De-O) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 large green peppers, diced
    1 medium jar stuffed olives, drained (save the juice)
    1 small jar capers
    1/2 pkg. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can Hunt's tomato sauce
    4 full Tbsp. olive oil
    2 full Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 olive juice from drained olives
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine all seasonings; stir with fork.
    Saute onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons olive oil; set aside.
    Saute meat in 2 tablespoons olive oil; stir in seasonings.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce; stir well.
