Spinach Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. herb stuffing, crushed
    1 onion, finely diced
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 Tbsp. thyme
    1 garlic clove, minced
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Chill in covered dish for 2 or more hours.
    Roll or shape into balls about the size of walnuts. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 60.
