24 Hour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 medium onion
    2 medium heads cabbage
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 small green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Grate cabbage and onion and green pepper (optional).
    Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
    Will keep 2 weeks or more.
