Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Jiffy baking mix
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 55 minutes. Cool on rack before slicing.
Makes 1 loaf.
