Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cooked, boned, skin removed and cut up
    1 c. diced celery
    1 diced onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. coarsely crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. diced cheese
Preparation
    Combine celery, onion, eggs, chicken broth and mushroom soup. Add chicken and mix.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
