Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 stalk celery
    1 onion
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute 1/2 cup chopped
    onion
    and
    1/2 cup celery until limp. Add Velveeta cheese.
    Parboil
    frozen spinach and drain thoroughly.
    Add spinach, cream
    of mushroom soup and half the bread crumbs to the pan;
    blend
    thoroughly.
    Put
    this
    in
    a baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining
    bread crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
