Chinese Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    1/4 c. black soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. hot chili oil
    2 Tbsp. black vinegar or balsamic vinegar
    1 1/8 lb. fresh vermicelli (dry is good, too)
    1/2 c. sesame seed, toasted
    1 c. green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili oil and vinegar.
    Cook vermicelli in boiling water until barely tender (probably less than a minute).
    Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
