Lasagne Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces curly edge lasagne, uncooked
    1 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    14 oz. tomato sauce (your favorite)
Preparation
    Cook pasta just enough so it is soft enough to roll.
    Don't overcook.
    Drain and lay flat on foil to cool.
    Combine Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Spread cheese filling on each noodle.
    Top with a little sauce, then roll them up.
    Place in baking dish seam side down.
    Top with more sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
    Continue to bake until cheese melts.
