Easy Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. shelled raw shrimp
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    hot cooked yellow or white rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in blazer pan or chafing dish.
    Add garlic and cool slightly.
    Add shrimp; cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are tender.
    Stir in wine and parsley.
    Heat to boiling. Serve with rice.
