Toasted Pita Triangles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pita bread
1 c. sweet butter, softened
1/8 chopped parsley
oregano, chives, thyme, basil, salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut pita bread into quarters; separate into 2 pieces.
Cream together softened butter with herbs and seasonings.
Spread each pita piece with herb butter.
Place pita pieces on baking sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 until butter is melted and pita is crispy, about 5 to 8 minutes.
