Weight Watchers Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together in a large baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
