Potato Stuffing Or Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 stick oleo
3 c. bread, cut in cubes
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Cook potatoes.
Add salt.
Drain.
Add oleo and mash.
Fry onions and celery until tender.
Add to potatoes.
Add bread, egg and poultry seasoning.
Mix can be used to stuff a small chicken or put in greased bowl, cover with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Take foil off to brown top.
Good as a side dish with fried chicken.
