Mexican Fri Chik - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans diced Fri Chik, drained
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) can chopped mild green chilies
    18 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Saute onion and green chilies until onion is soft.
    Add to remaining ingredients except tortillas and Cheddar cheese.
    Grease a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Place a layer of tortillas in the bottom of the pan.
    Spoon some chicken mixture on tortillas and continue layering tortillas and chicken mixture.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top servings with your favorite picante sauce.
    Serves 8.
