Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. sour cream
    4 grated carrots
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash.
    Drain and season with salt and pepper.
    Mix with 1/2 stuffing.
    Add sour cream, pimentos, onion and soup.
    Mix other half stuffing with half cup melted butter.
    Line casserole with half stuffing; pour squash mixture into casserole.
    Top with rest of stuffing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
