Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. cucumbers, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. salt
1 large onion, sliced thin
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar or 4 tsp. sweetener
1 tsp. dill (optional)
Preparation

Combine cucumbers, salt and onion; let stand 2 hours. Drain well. Pack in freezer containers, leaving 1-inch headspace.
