Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. allspice
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. rich milk
Preparation

Slightly beat the eggs in a blender.
Add pumpkin, sugars, salt and spices.
Add milk last and beat until mixed.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in hot (425\u00b0) oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.
