Green Enchiladas(Get Raves!!!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 large jar chopped pimientos
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk and Velveeta in top of double boiler.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Add chilies and pimientos.
    Set aside.
    Brown meat; season with a little cumin powder and pepper, if desired. Layer torn tortillas, meat, onion, Velveeta sauce and grated cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
