Pork And Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut into 1/4 x 1 1/2-inch slivers
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    4 spring onions, cut diagonally
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 lb. pea pods
    1 c. chicken broth
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, cooking sherry, garlic and ginger for a marinade.
    Add meat, tossing to coat evenly.
    Cover tightly. Refrigerate at least four hours or longer.
