Lemony Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small, fresh green beans
    1 c. cherry tomato halves
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Wash green beans.
    Trim ends.
    Remove strings.
    Drop beans into a large saucepan of boiling water.
    Cook 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Drain well.
    Combine the beans and tomatoes in a large bowl; set aside.
    Combine lemon juice and the next 4 ingredients; stir well.
    Pour over vegetables, tossing gently to coat.
    Yields 8 servings.
