Marinated Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    3 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped or 1 Tbsp. dry
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3 cloves garlic, pureed
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. cooking sherry or white wine
Preparation
    Saute garlic in canola oil 2 minutes; add tarragon, tomatoes and sherry and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
    Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over steak and marinate 3 to 6 hours, turning once in a while.
    Barbecue as usual, basting with sauce freely.
