Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage, cut into slices
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. potatoes, cut into cubes
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Chederella)
    1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done; drain grease.
    Add onion, green pepper and potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    In bowl, mix eggs and 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Add sausage mixture to eggs.
    Pour into pie shell and top with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
