Pot Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. loin end pork roast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, slivered
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1 whole cloves
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Rub pork with salt and pepper.
    Make tiny knife slits in the meat.
    Insert garlic slivers in slits.
    Broil meat 15 minutes to remove excess fat.
    Place 1 sliced onion in the bottom of crock-pot.
    Add pork roast and remaining ingredients to crock-pot. Cover and cook on high heat for 5 hours or on low 10 hours.
