Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    2/3 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Blend oats in blender or food processor 1 minute.
    Combine ground oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add blueberries, milk, oil and egg whites.
    Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill lined muffin cups almost full.
    Bake 20 to 22 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 1 dozen.
