Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter (softened)
    8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine butter, cheddar cheese flour and cayenne pepper.
    Mix by hand to form a firm dough.
    Shape into a roll and chill until firm.
    Slice 1/4
    inch thick.
    Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven let cool for 2 minutes and remove to serving dish.
