Microwave Light Quick Bacon Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/4 c. water
    12 slices turkey bacon
    3/4 c. reduced calorie salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 small cucumber, diced
    1/2 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and water in 2-quart microwave casserole; cover and microwave on High 9 to 11 minutes or until tender, stirring halfway through cooking.
