Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) beef tenderloin
    1 qt. whole plum tomatoes, strained
    1 head cabbage, wedged
    1 whole onion
    1 bag carrots
    1 stalk celery
    4 whole tomatoes
    4 qt. water
Preparation
    Saute meat in skillet; season well. Add enough water to come halfway up on meat. Wash and clean vegetables and chop in 1/4-inch pieces. Use celery leaves with meat. Cover and cook until 1/2 slightly crunchy approximately 1 1/2 hours.
