Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (2 c.) dried marrow, Great Northern or navy beans
    2 qt. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    3/4 c. Grandma's unsulphured molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Rinse beans in cold water and drain.
    Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover loosely and let stand for 1 hour.
    Return to heat and bring to a boil.
