Roasted Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
    4 lb. potatoes
    2/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
    After sealing, shake to make sure the potatoes are completely covered.
    Empty bag into a greased 13 x 9-inch (or larger) baking dish.
    Garnish with pepper and parsley, if desired.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
