Soft Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 egg
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Add butter, sugar and salt in milk. When lukewarm, add yeast dissolved in lukewarm water. Add egg, slightly beaten.
    Stir in the flour gradually and form into a soft dough.
    Knead 2 minutes. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size. Shape into rolls.
    Let rise again.
    Place in a 450\u00b0 oven.
