Salmon Croquette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) cans salmon
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 c. liquid eggs or 9 whole eggs
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
    1/3 c. parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Drain salmon off.
    Mix 8 ingredients in large bowl.
    Use small dipper or tablespoon shape like hush puppies.
    Deep-fry until golden brown.
