Rocky Mountain Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper and salt
4 c. water
Preparation

Fry bacon in saucepan.
Drain.
Saute onions and garlic in bacon fat until onions are golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 60 to 90 minutes.
Add water as necessary while cooking.
