Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium garlic clove, chopped
4 hamburger buns
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except buns.
Shape beef mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
Cook in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, turning once, about 10 minutes for medium or until desired doneness.
Serve on hamburger buns with chili and cheese spread.
