Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Cook the brown sugar and heavy cream on medium low heat in saucepan.
Cook to soft ball stage on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.
Let set until cool enough to stick your finger in.
Beat until thick.
