Mexicali Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 small heads Boston lettuce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn chips
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok.
    Add beef and onion.
    Stir-fry over high heat until beef is done.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add chili powder, corn, tomatoes, sugar, oregano and dash of salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Spoon over shredded lettuce and top with corn chips.
