Catfish Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. red (low sodium) catsup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (low sodium)
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
6 oz. farm raised catfish, filleted
vegetable oil as needed
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
Arrange fillets on sheet pan or sizzle platter that has been coated with cooking spray.
Pour catsup mixture over
fillets; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
Remove fillets from marinade, reserving the marinade.
Bring marinade to a boil in a small saucepan for 2 minutes.
Place fillets on rack of broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Broil 6 inches from heat 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with marinade.
Transfer to a serving platter.
