Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 qt. fruit, sweetened to taste (choice of cooked rhubarb, peaches, blackberries)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9-inch glass pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Pour batter over melted margarine.
    Pour sweetened fruit and juice on top.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes until brown and crisp on top.
    Serve warm with ice cream.
