Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat butter and oil.
    Fry the garlic, red pepper and
    paprika
    about
    1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp and cook over medium heat until they turn pink. Stir constantly about 3 minutes.
    Stir in parsley, lemon juice and salt.
    Serve immediately.
    Serve with bread for dipping.
