Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar granulated
2/3 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 can baking coconut (6 or 8 oz. can)
Preparation

Separate white of eggs in small bowl.
Mix egg yolk, butter and sugar together.
Add dry ingredients; beat.
Then add milk and coconut.
Beat white of eggs until stiff; fold into cake mix. Pour in two 8-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 35 minutes.
