Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    2 c. mixed candied fruit
    1 c. walnut meats
Preparation
    Mix flour and soda.
    Combine eggs, mincemeat, condensed milk, fruit and nuts.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Bake in tube pan (greased and lined with wax paper) at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    (I have baked this in 2 loaf pans.)
    Decorate top with cherries and nuts. Freezes well.
